Site selection: where are we at? (Stanley Wood, IFPRI)[edit | edit source]

  • Two aspects of site selection: a) quick and dirty early win/jumpstart track and b) longer term track.
  • Rain-fed agricultural potential and market access.
  • Quick start stratification, done with help of Sieglinde with high - high (potential rainfed - market access), high-low, low-high and low-low.
  • 3 sets of sites (defined as administrative levels): Eco-Ag, rice, SIMLESA.
