Polyscape tool (used in RC1 and RC2): GIS-based tool using all GIS characterization data, using local knowledge that has GIS information attached. It represents an interface that helps design strategies and organize scaling up.
* <span style="line-height: 1.5;">Comment: What was presented was about scaling interventions but we also need to think about scaling up processes - what we try to do is to develop ways of doing better SI strategies using bottom-up approaches. Some of these would be taken up by ATA and other national partners. We need to find a way to scale up these processes.</span>
