15:00 Pres. about AR program-wide approaches [Review the Africa RISING systems research model so far] 16:00 Break 16:30 Sharing withholds exercise {unstructured round for all participants - in no particular order to share withholds [thoughts that we keep to ourselves] - based on the presentation on AR program-wide approaches. The withholds have to do with judgements about ourselves [Africa RISING], other projects, or what is happening in the program. Facilitator will note down the issues, no immediate responses, just noting at first. At the end of the round we collectively see if any themes have emerged, then prioritize. Discussions going into the nitty gritty of the emerging themes/issues to start in the morning of day 2. } >>For this tool to work there needs to be a climate of generous listening, which may take some time to achieve.
