Notes:

  1. All our researchers have roles to play in these presentations, which is why each presentation is 1.5 hours. The Presenters will liaise with the team members to have the member's contributions included in the presentation. The presentation should allow for sufficient time for explanations on gaps if any.
  2. It will be helpful if the presentations are forwarded to me in advance so that I advise what might be missing
  3. There is also 1 hour at the end of the day where we can slot it individual submissions. A good example is a progress on M&E (IFPRI team).
  4. We shall use the GoTo Meeting, arranged through IITA. We shall send a link for you to join. Time management will be important.
  5. I am particularly interested in finding out how the publication deliverables presented in the 2019-2020 sub-activity work plans have advanced (see table below). Also, there are several sub-activities that have been implemented over time but without identifying any publication deliverable. We strive to have these available as our legacy outputs.
