2. Plans for recruitments&lt;br /&gt;
- comms and KS position. initial TOR. Peter to check and finalise reporting lines etc. requirements; work with jonathan&lt;br /&gt;

4. Phase 2 comms materials&lt;br /&gt;
- need basic print/digital comms materials (as we did in phase 1)&lt;br /&gt;
- phase 1 synthesis product&lt;br /&gt;
- need materials for the missions / infographics / packages of the tested innovations etc. KEEP an eye on the missions. easily digestible materials.&lt;br /&gt;
- the evidence briefs: for january:several examples/templates that are nicely done.&lt;br /&gt;
- web site update&lt;br /&gt;
- new branding guidelines ...? Jerry advises to wait until after the elections.&lt;br /&gt;
- all comms updates by end of the year.&lt;br /&gt;

5. Communities of practice&lt;br /&gt;
Lets bring these into the regional projects - ethiopia meeting to discuss.&lt;br /&gt;
Discuss at next PCT in December&lt;br /&gt;
then present proposal at January event&lt;br /&gt;

6. SAG&lt;br /&gt;
We said we would revive it&lt;br /&gt;
To discuss at next PCT (use sag text from umbrella proposal. as starting point).&lt;br /&gt;
Need the right people.&lt;br /&gt;
PT and IHZ to discuss and propose something for next PCT.&lt;br /&gt;

7. Transition to new PCT Chair&lt;br /&gt;
