Timelines for finalizing papers Participants discussed the timelines for finalization of their papers in groups and made presentation committing themselves to the set time frames for completion. Additionally, at the request of the chief scientist; in those groups they reflected on the issue of inputs offered to farmers by the teams and their nature. Could they be classifed as free inputs? Research inputs? etc.
