Questions /suggestions • It brings full message of the livelihoods asset of the household • It is a good tool and we can do it in our areas and practices • It gives a chance for community to learn from one another (experience sharing). We can identify this as one are of learning • It is good but it doesn’t look at the economic level of household: inputs and outputs • We might not conclude as a poor farmer and/or wealth farmer e.g farm tool: what kind of farm tool ,it doesn’t explain the real technology the farmer are using • It is good and broad addressing all livelihoods issues • It is good if we make it more user friendly • The tool is good. However he time for entering the data needs more timing

Responses • The tool is used for identifying indicators and it depends on how we develop the indicators • The report of the tool depends on the weight and the score which requires us to carefully get the real weight and score. this requires good understanding of the data collectors and the farmers • We need to be very careful in identifying and categorizing data. for instance on natural indicators do we put rented land and shared lands as natural or in the other asset categories
