Agenda
1. Plans for the science event, 17-19 Jan 2017 (half day friday for PCT)
Who to invite: Peter and Irmgard to propose specific names.; then save the date email to be sent by Boni
Project chief scientists to be the organizing committee. To work on the agenda. have a draft ready by 18 Nov.; Boni to send the message.
2. Plans for recruitments
- comms and KS position. initial TOR. Peter to check and finalise reporting lines etc. requirements; work with jonathan
- M&E / data managers? west africa recruitment started ethiopia recruitment to be started
3. HT systems marketplace event in Ibadan in November - IHZ to share info
8 people; 8 posters
1 draft plenary presentation - ethiopia inputs needed to asamoah
4. Phase 2 comms materials
- need basic print/digital comms materials (as we did in phase 1)
- phase 1 synthesis product
- need materials for the missions / infographics / packages of the tested innovations etc. KEEP an eye on the missions. easily digestible materials.
- the evidence briefs: for january:several examples/templates that are nicely done.
- web site update
- new branding guidelines ...? Jerry advises to wait until after the elections.
- all comms updates by end of the year.
5. Communities of practice
Lets bring these into the regional projects - ethiopia meeting to discuss.
Discuss at next PCT in December
then present proposal at January event
6. SAG
We said we would revive it
To discuss at next PCT (use sag text from umbrella proposal. as starting point).
Need the right people.
PT and IHZ to discuss and propose something for next PCT.
7. Transition to new PCT Chair
