- 9.30-10.30 : Presentation of the FtF indicators - definition, how to report them online (PMMT) and offline (Excel forms)
- 10.30-11.00: Coffee Break
- 11.00-12.30: Practice on how to report the FtF indicators, both with the PMMT and with the excel forms
- 12.30-13.30: Lunch Break
- 13.30-14.00: Demonstration of the PMMT Mapping tool
- 14.00-15.00: Group discussion on possible ad hoc indicators.
- 15.00-15.30: Live demonstration on how to report ad hoc indicators in the PMMT.
- 15.30-16.00: Coffee Break
- 16.00-17.00: HarvestChoice data presentation and demonstration of the mapping tool
Day 2: 18th of August
- 9.00-9.10: Recap of day 1, program for day 2
- 9.10-10.30: Presentation of the SI indicators - definition, how to report them offline (Excel forms) and group discussion
- 10.30-11.00: Coffee Break
- 11.00-12.30: Practice on how to report the SI indicators

- 13.30-15.30: Questions and discussion on the steps forward
