29 June, 2017 07:30 - Registration - Esther Chadzala, Administrator INVC Bridging Activity 08:00 - Presentation of agenda for the day and introductions Jonathan Odhong’, Facilitator XXXXXProcess: Facilitated introduction - we will do a mistaken identity kind of introduction.This is a quick and easy way for participants to get to know one other at the beginning of an event. When they first enter the meeting room at the start of the day, participants receive a name card with someone else’s name on it, and are asked to mingle and find that and ask them how they are person.The exercise finalizes when everybody has had an opportunity to find their name tag - approximately 10 minutes.

Organizer (Elizabeth) to brief the participants on the objectives of the meeting. The facilitator will the introduce the agenda and get the meeting going.

  • Participant to pair up with another participant (group of 2) and share their points, agree on one top point for each question - 5 mins.
  • The participant (group of 2) find another group of 2, pair up share and again agree on one top point for each question, write it down - 10 mins.
  • Each group of 4 shares its key points for each question - 20 mins.
  • A final round (plenary) for any lesson learnt we didn't hear from what has been presented by the groups of 4 - 10 mins.

15:00 - Discussion on project exit strategy Elizabeth Sibale and Irmgard Hoeschle-Zeledon XXXXXProcess: Introductory presentation by Elizabeth - 15 mins. World Cafe session to discuss the following questions: * (a) What are the key things project management should absolutely take care of as the project transitions? * (b) What critical issues exist under each component that should be part of advise note for ADIN * (c) What loose ends exist Irmgard, Elizabeth and a volunteer to lead the three tables - Get a note taker Two rotations, 10 mins. Briefing back by table leaders -15 mins
